That's Entertainment!! Part 3

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Loved Kill Bill. Why didn't you like the title, Bill? Ha ha ha ha!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

EXCEPT for BILL and VICTOR
Who wants to see Pole Dancing removed for vote as an Olympic Sport?.
The vision of the costumes alone ,would put me out for hours.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

You're kidding, right?

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

saw a great bud light commercial with a pole theme - instead of what you are thinking - whenever a bottle opened a buddy would slide down like a fireman looking for his bud light

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

For me the best commercial out there right now is the VW puch buggy one......

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

can only do that with bugs... and you have to say no punch backs!!!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, that's a cute one.

I would love to see pole dancing in the Olympics. Now that's talent! Ever see how they hang on with just their legs?

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

sigh

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

NOT Kidding about PD as a Olympic sport. It is in the proposal stage.
No wonder I dont watch the GAMES anymore.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

wow - must need viewers for the late night round-up

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I wasn't joking either. It's not just for sex! There are international competitions and many places are offering it as an exercise class. Way more athletic than many current 'sports' in the games.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Well that is okay if they have the men's team too. I'm all about equal opportunity. Costumes should also be just as skimpy too.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

LOL

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Yeahhhhh Pat. I agree. Too bad about the stygma of the pole. It wont change my mind.
I suppose the parallel bars and the balance beam will take a back seat lol.
I can see Chandeliere swinging as a legit sport in a few more years.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Anyone watching American Idol?

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

Me! But skipped it tonight. Saw all the girls though--got any picks?

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

The only girl I liked was Crystal, I thought all the other performances were boring. Hubby was watching the Olympics and we were flipping back and forth so didn't see anyone sing tonight, but saw some of the judges comments. I really think Kara just likes hearing herself speak, Can she please be quiet?!!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I have it recorded .. didn't watch it yet

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

No picks yet..the guys are awful and Kara makes my stomach hurt!

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

I didn't watch because of the olympics but did flip back to see the end. I like Kara, not too hot on Ellen, comparing one guy to a banana?

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

I did watch the end where they show a short clip of each contestant's song--wasn't one I liked. I like a lot of the girls though--gonna be a tough choice! I think Ellen often gives the non-professional point of view, sometimes funny, but not all that helpful. I've noticed that sometimes they skip her critique

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

we watch - ellen may force us to turn off the TV, knows nothing, simon was very blunt with everyone, kara is hot:) - only the guy kara thought was good looking was any good - i have no favorites yet - many need to go including the girl from chelsea

Off the ellen subject.

I was searching auctions and saw a pair of Hairy Chairs go off. I wish I saved the pic, cant find it now. I saw them and laughed so hard till I almost choked to death. They were so UGLY and went for 2,800 bucks. Still cracking up.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Were they done by Meret Oppenheim?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Dishwasher safe??

They were Chairs - sit in and sit down chairs. They were yellow and looked like they were made out of the rope/string type mops. The strings were like 2 feet long. I would pay 2 cents for them.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Might feel nice when you're naked!

Yeah right and have one doing the butt floss?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Too much info??

I was thinking the same as thongs.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

I can't visualize them.

I am past bed time as the sun has gone down. I will go into my Hairy Bed. Good Grief.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

I just saw Stephen Chow's latest movie, "CJ7". It was funny. I loved his "Shaolin Soccer" and "Kung Fu Hustle". Both were hysterical. The underdog always wins in his movies.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

will have to look those up have not seen any of them

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

I can't decide whether I like Shaolin Soccer or Kung Fu Hustle better.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

these titles will make my wife's eyes roll and i am sure a couple comments as i shove one into the dvd:)

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Tell her they're funny. She can go do something else while you watch. She'll be in there watching too in no time.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

'You're So Vain' subject revealed:

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/2869512/Carly-Simon-ends-Youre-So-Vain-riddle.html

Newport News, VA(Zone 11)

Backward??? Come on Sun!...The Enquirer isnt that bad.....

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

I was just thinking about some of my favorite children's movies. Has anyone seen Miyazaki's movies, "Spirited Away" and "Howl's Moving Castle"? I love his films. They're so creative. We also have "Princess Mononoke" and "Kiki's Delivery Service".
