Getting closer people, even if the weather doesn't look like it yet. Let's see those pretties to get us through the last stretch of winter.
Countdown to spring! One garden photo per day(sort of)Part 9
Sort of?!!! The Jo Ann disclaimer???
LOL, ya thought it would be more descriptive. ^_^
Nice group again. Who is that tall dark and handsom in the bottom left corner?
Dark and handsome is Blackout
Thanks JoAnn.
Now that is just too preciously pink. What a lovely just opened bud. Yummy!
Oh another pink beauty Bill. I think I need more pink clems.
Pretty Clem and nice yellow dahlia!
Great color!
yes it does!
That's a big thank you to Ruby from the MA forum for that one. Got it at Ric and Holly's swap last year.
Love it.
Thanks. It's a fantastic tree.
Beautiful Cornus and wonderful photo, Victor.
Oh sure another beauty to check out Victor. Like the watermark too.
I just looked at it from Dave's nursery - was ready to buy, the shipping is almost as much as the tree.
deb you can find them now at local nurseries.
i have three - a baby from dave's nursery a few years back - one from home depot because i could not wait for the 12" stick to grow - then when the hd one bloomed it was not as pink as victor's and got another from a local nursery. how's that for patience:)
dave's is now 3 ft and taking off - the hd one is blooming pink - and the other is blooming as well - good thing it is a great tree:)
Thanks Bill, I will keep my eye out, have wanted a pink one for awhile now, and even though I have no idea where to put it...
It does not get too big. Mine has to be at least 8 years old now and is still only about ten feet tall.
Nice one, Victor.
Here's 'Rose Moss' from last July.
Minor detail! Very nice.
Wow Victor, truly an excellent shot.
Thank you, my dear. Thank you.
Thanks, Deb!
Very pretty shot, Deb. Nice composition.
Victor - Venosa looks like a painting by Jo Ann! Gorgeous.
Nice rich pink on your daylily, Candyce.
Those tulips appear to be floating with the excellent use of lighting, Debilu! Beautiful.
Nice Debilu!
Great with the Alliums
thanks that's one of those spots I push full sun plants with not having full sun anywhere.. the alliums can lean some years.. last year with all the rain for sure
I dont mind when some plants lean, thats their nature.I do stake up lilies becaus the heavy blooms will drag the whole plant down in the dirt.
