Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Thanks. It's a fantastic tree.

Beautiful Cornus and wonderful photo, Victor.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Oh sure another beauty to check out Victor. Like the watermark too.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

I just looked at it from Dave's nursery - was ready to buy, the shipping is almost as much as the tree.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

deb you can find them now at local nurseries.
i have three - a baby from dave's nursery a few years back - one from home depot because i could not wait for the 12" stick to grow - then when the hd one bloomed it was not as pink as victor's and got another from a local nursery. how's that for patience:)

dave's is now 3 ft and taking off - the hd one is blooming pink - and the other is blooming as well - good thing it is a great tree:)

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

Thanks Bill, I will keep my eye out, have wanted a pink one for awhile now, and even though I have no idea where to put it...

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

It does not get too big. Mine has to be at least 8 years old now and is still only about ten feet tall.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I'm adding a second photo, since I did not put one on the previous thread today. In other words, I'm invoking the Jo Ann rule! Hee hee.

Posted this on the 'other' site a bit ago. Clem Venosa Violacea.

Victor - Venosa looks like a painting by Jo Ann! Gorgeous.

Nice rich pink on your daylily, Candyce.

Those tulips appear to be floating with the excellent use of lighting, Debilu! Beautiful.

Great with the Alliums

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

thanks that's one of those spots I push full sun plants with not having full sun anywhere.. the alliums can lean some years.. last year with all the rain for sure

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I dont mind when some plants lean, thats their nature.I do stake up lilies becaus the heavy blooms will drag the whole plant down in the dirt.
