GYPSIES: THE SEARCH FOR LOST MARBLES

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Lynnie, I am sure they have all types of people that come there. But gang shootings? Wow! Now that is topic I have never discussed. However, everyone talks about all kinds of things. I once apologized for talking too much to someone and they didn't even know what I was apologizing for! Other people just don't notice what may bother us.

Thanks for explaining Craiglist to me Venice,it's a site that's passed me by for some reason,or maybe I'm not in a postal district covered by any of the English cities which can get it.It's good that the plant travelled ok through the post.
I'm in zone 8,I believe,I looked it up in a plant book just now:}.It's not a thing much considered over here as most of UK is also zone 8.The only exceptions are far SW of England and coastal regions of N. and S. Ireland,their climate is warmer and so is in zone 9.
I've some plants which I bring into house,2 succulents called Aoniums as they don't like temp below about 60 degrees,or so it seems,they soon start looking a bit sad as Autumn arrives:}.Some other tender things I take into the garage and stand near a window in there so they've some daylight,my Agapanthus is one of them.
I love it if I find free or bargain plants and they turn out to be strong and grow well.

Flowers,that giant floor puzzle brings back memorys,maybe next time I ever get to do one will be with a Grandchild,not yet though,hopefully:},bet you enjoyed yourself.

Hi Joy, send us pictures of your plants, don't know what a Agapanthus or Aoniums is. It's probably around 8 oclock your way and you are getting ready to settle down for a good read or TV program.

Venice almost perfect with the time,8.05:},I'm just about to unload dishwasher.....again!!!,then a few more small chores to sort out before I do settle down for evening.
I'll see if I've some pictures taken of those 2 plants in summer,as they'll look a lot better than they do just now:}.I believe another name for Agapanthus is African Lily,and an Aeonium[I spelt it wrong before,sorry]is a species of outdoor succulent....mine's an Aeonium Arborium,which I guess means it's like a tree:}.I bought both plants in 2008,whilst on holiday in Cornwall on SW coast of England.
Flowers,I thought it was one of those giant floor puzzles of which my elder son was so fond when he was little.They got in everyones way,unfortunately as he never wanted to take them up and return them to the box:}

Smiley, how is your Christmas cactus doing? My birthday Christmas cactus was kind of lopsided from being mailed. But it is now looking a lot more even. I thought some of the branches had more limbs than others. So I took some of the segments off, let them dry, and put them in the same pot. They don't look dead yet.

I have a question. From where does that plant grow? Does it add a segment from the bottom or the tip of the branch? I am not sure if I can tell if is growing yet.

JJ I did, after the running around this morning I did some work on the computer and then I felt like a zombie, so I ran out to the gym for a quick workout. Don't know if it helped much because I'm misspelling words hahaha I'm trying not to drink any more coffee today.
Joy I figured you'd get the gist of craigslist with a quick look-see, you're pretty sharp ;)
Venice thank you for the support :) I think everybody was cracking up in that office!
