Hmmm..... So it basically sounds like Dave won't have much to do with DG at all anymore. Other than just being a member and getting paid for it. I just hope DG stays the way it's been. I hope we don't see a lot of big changes.
Jada, I'll probably order from RD later on, maybe in April or May. I got a lot from the last year, too much, in fact. I couldn't even get them all planted. I was very happy with what I got, though, and I managed to save some that I rooted and need to pot up now. I don't even know which ones they are, so I hope I don't order the same ones.

Expect I. reticulata to bloom at the end of March. that seems an awful long time away.
Not so long. Monday is Feb. 1.
Sadly, things don't bloom here 'till April.
Our pumilas start in April, but not right away.
Nothing blooming there sooner, Harper? How about snow drops? If you don't have any, I could send you some this spring. Nice to have something blooming early.

Our snowdrops are still under their namesake.
But by March they might not be, right? Our snow was pretty much all gone after that rain we got on Monday, and the temps in the 50's. We got a light dusting the other day, but nothing else since.

I'll check my photos and see what dates I had the first blooms, but I think it's early April for crocuses. I don't have snowdrops. They're on my list.
We're much colder here than where you are, Karen. I think it makes a difference that you're near the coast.
Okay, I'm wrong. I've got crocuses budding on Mar. 16 and open on Mar 21st. Wheeeeeee!
We are 5 miles from the coast, snow off some of our beds, where tree roots are. But still plenty around.
Chinese New Year falls on Valentines Day this year. And it is my year - Year of the Tiger. My wife better get ready. ^_^

Awesome, deal my grocery store is having a free cookware giveaway. All you have to do is collect the stamps every time you shop and stick them to a card and then turn them it at certain increments.
I just got a $80 roasting pan and rack today for FREE!!! Gotta love it.
There are some people (when I'm behind them in line) say they aren't collecting the stickers, why wouldn't you??? doesn't cost anything and if you don't need them, sell them on ebay, sheesh, I don't get people
I got the grill pan and working on the second item. Haven't decided which one. The other day, the woman in front of me didn't want hers and told the checker to give them to me. Gee, thanks! Yep, free except for the tax. If not for me they could be gifts.

Where are MY deals? I mean REALLY? No sticker stuff here :( DH smashed the coffee maker carafe and HELLO you not only have to buy the carafe ($30) but pay extra for the lid which I already recycled cuz WHO KNEW! I am SO filling out one of those customer comment cards at the grocery store the next time I'm there! Inquiring minds need to know all the details. What other great stuff are you getting?
