Cindy those injections sure sound painful.. They offered them to my mom but told her they wouldnt do much good in her case.. She told them she wanted it fixed now not later after they tried everything that MIGHT work..

Well Rick has left for work.........thank goodness...LOL.So I think I may try and go lie down,and pray sleep takes my mind away for a spell.

there are pellet dents in michaels tool trailer. the way it was sitting, the shots had to come from the neighbors. i went over there and asked the wife. at first she said the kids didn;t own any pellet guns, then said they did, but haven't used them in a year.
then when the husband came home, he came over and said it couldn't be his kids, because
#1they haven't had pellets since november
#2he is a church going guy
#3 his kids are angels and would never tell a fib, or make up a story

Good Morning everyone!! Just attempting to work hard here but I'm way tired.

LOL Synda I know how you feel. Dave had an angry spell last night, called me in to watch the fried chicken in the pan since he really doesn't know how to cook chicken, so I went in and started checking the chicken out, noticed the biscuits were done, mentioned it, and he started yelling at me that I wasn't helping at all and to get out of the kitchen. Oh not good, I of course told him I was going to take out the biscuits myself, just making a statement, he yelled again that I came in all mad because I really didn't want to help, and therefore wasn't helping, and to Get Out! Not Good to yell at me like that, I almost resorted to violence and pop him upside the head, but decided not to and just told him that I am not to be talked to like that, and if he hasn't eaten all day long that's his own stupid fault, a hypoglycemic person needs to eat, and to shove a biscuit in it!

I've got to get to work ya'll, so I'll be back later!

I'm at my daughter's now, using SIL laptop. Boy I need one of these. Anyhooo, I talked with Mike on IM yesterday for a long time. He put his webcam on so I could see him. He is a cute little Irishman. While we were talking his dog walked up and licked him. Any how he is a very lonely man, takes alot of vacations to warm areas so he can ride his Harley. He drives and pulls a trailer with the Harley in it. He really would like for me to join him in Arizona, but hey I don't know him yet. Told him it must be nice being able to take holidays all the time he said it wasn't too much fun by himself. I told him I can't afford to travel, he said he would take of all that if I wanted to travel with him. Asked if he was having any luck with meeting other women on the dating site. He has not. So far he is the only one that I'm interested in on that site. I have a feeling that when he heads back to Washington he may take a detour to Calif, lol.

Chuck and I chatted last too, he had gotten home at about 6:30 was very tired so we didn't talk long. He informed me that he is a one woman man, and is really serious about us meeting. It's just finding the time. Oh well, it'll happen when it happens. OK gotta go Taylor wants to beat me at some wii games,lol.

Jaye, just wanted to let everyone know I am here, barely. Got up Coughing horribly this morning, sore throat is driving me crazy...just not a good time all around....living on chicken broth and apple cider...anything Hot.

The guys got the new Dual Flush installed without a problem... Bill's parting comment when he left for work this morning was "The new toilet rocks!" And it does! We have only had to use the lowest setting so far.....and you can't drop or slam the lid on the toilet seat...it stops and very very slowly closes.

Im home early for awhile on tues, wed, and friday so Max can rest,, Hes gotten sick from working the cold nights (no heat in the building) and I am leaving work at 3 to go get Tristen, Tonys getting a key and Max is sleeping... My boss said he wsa fine withit and we will just let people know when I leave so they can be there before I go home. I think i need to get some cards printed with permanent hours and shop phone number.. Heck I even ran into a customer picking up Tristen today. I walked Bella up since it wsnt so cold and he was there with his dog getting his son.. All was fine till his female (barking) lunged at me and Bella took major offense t o it.. Very glad there was a chainlink fence between us... Everybody scattered as I laid my hand on Bellas head and told her to heal she stopped but it freeked a couple of people out.. Tisten came out about 10 minutes later and she licked her from head to toe! One parent said she wanted one after seeing her defend me so quickly and then turn into the snugglebug for Tristen the minute she ran down the stairs..

Anywho.. Just been a crazy week... Im gonna head upstairs to make some home made hicken noodle .. Max says the chili is greta and ate most of it nd is working on finishing a second batch. Time for a change..

Well he just got mad again because I asked him to look up a phone number for the HR dept where he used to work so my HR gal could call his HR gal so I can get my health insurance started. Absolutely no reason to get mad about me calling asking for a phone number. He's starting to need an attitude adjustment.

Cindy you know, of course this is a completely different situation, but when Dave was working not so long ago and was gone all the time, yea the money was great and I could pretty much do what I wanted and he could do what he wanted in his spare time without having to worry, but it sure is nice having him home with me, even though he is a cranky pants right now.

i recieved my discover bill today we only use if if need groceries or car gas, pet food not often when read bill i nearly croaked for real --someone hacked or got my nu. ect. and bought airline tickets and don't know all have used it for that was last one for last month so i was sick but got it took care of.. be 90 days they said to investigate bull it was Delta airlines los angeles. i havenot been out okla.. and do not fly.and do not charge only when it is absolutly neccessay..have to be really bare cubboards..,lol.. and i had used it at amazon for a 6.01 charge for book he wanted i do not buy nothing on line either i just drool...lol.

I always worried about using computer for paying bills, etc. But I did jump in and started paying gas and electric through computer. I have used Amazon a couple of times for tools for DH and think I got a book from them. Only card I have is Discover and when I get my bill I check it over really good.

Hope43 you said they had that glue at Big Lots, that's a surprise. Haven't been in one of their stores for a long time. Better start checking them out now. I haven't started gluing anything together yet. Better do that on my list for tomorrow if it gets warm out. So far weather holding out with lots of sunshine.

Cleaned out a tiny closet I have in my hallway, why does it look big when it is empty? Well, son wanted to know if I had my dirt devil hand vac yet. I knew it was in the closet so as I started pulling things out I discovered a couple more pair of pants that has to go to thrift store. No sense in keeping them as I'll never get that thin again. If I do slim down I can always go to the thrift store. LOL At least that closet looks a little neater.

I'm mostly better now.Rick himself had not done anything wrong,it was his past life coming to bite again.But he has reassured me all is good and they are the past.

Jaye Max layers to the hil twhen he goes to work even with a face mask.. Unfortunately they wont put a heat source in at all.. He overslept last night and called in at 3 when he woke up,, They were not happy but o well... Theres a first time for everything..

Not much to say this morning, although Taylor beat me playing some wii games. The have wii fit so I am going to buy the wii fit plus and start going over there after Curves to do yoga & boxing. I'm determined to get to my ideal weight by May 27th.

Like any good mother, when Karen found out that another baby was on the way, she did what she could to help her 3-year-old son, Michael, prepare for a new sibling.


They found out that the new baby was going be a girl, and day after day,
night after night, Michael sang to his sister in mommy's tummy.

He was building a bond of love with his little sister before he even met
her.

The pregnancy progressed normally

In time, the labor pains came.. Soon it was every five minutes, every three, every minute.

But serious complications arose during delivery and Karen found herself in hours of labor.

Would a C-section be required? Finally, after a long struggle,



Michael's little sister was born. But she was in very serious condition.

With a siren howling in the night, the ambulance rushed the infant to
the neonatal intensive care unit at

St. Mary's Hospital, Knoxville ,
Tennessee

The days inched by. The little girl got worse. The pediatrician had to tell the parents there is very little hope. Be prepared for the worst.

Karen and her husband contacted a local cemetery about a burial plot.

They had fixed up a special room in their house for their new baby but
now they found themselves having to plan for a funeral.



Michael, however, kept begging his parents to let him see his sister. I want to sing to her, he kept saying.

Week two in intensive care looked as if a funeral would come before the
week was over.

Michael kept nagging about singing to his sister, but kids are never
allowed in Intensive Care. Karen decided to take Michael whether they liked it or not.

If he didn't see his sister right then, he may never see her alive.

She dressed him in an oversized scrub suit and marched him into ICU.



He looked like a walking laundry basket.
The head nurse recognized him as a child and bellowed,

'Get that kid out of here now.

No children are allowed.'

The mother rose up strong in Karen,

and the usually mild-mannered lady glared steel-eyed right into
the head nurse's face, her lips a

firm line.

'He is not leaving until he sings to his sister' she stated.

Then Karen towed Michael to his sister's bedside.

He gazed at the tiny infant losing the battle to live.
After a moment, he began to sing.
In the pure-hearted voice of a 3-year-old, Michael sang:

'You are my sunshine, my only sunshine,

you make me happy when skies are gray.'

Instantly the baby girl seemed to respond.

The pulse rate began to calm down and become steady.

'Keep on singing, Michael,' encouraged Karen with tears in her eyes.

'You never know, dear, how much I love you,

please don't take my sunshine away.'

As Michael sang to his sister, the baby's ragged,
strained breathing became as smooth as a kitten's purr





'Keep on singing, sweetheart.'

The other night, dear, as I lay sleeping, I dreamed I held you in my
arms'

Michael's little sister began to relax as rest, healing rest, seemed to sweep over her.

'Keep on singing, Michael.'

Tears had now conquered the face of the bossy head nurse.

Karen glowed.

'You are my sunshine, my only sunshine.

Please don't take my sunshine away.'


The next day...the very next day.

the little girl was well enough to go home

Woman's Day Magazine called it The Miracle of a Brother's Song.

The medical staff just called it a miracle.

Karen called it a miracle of God's love.

NEVER GIVE UP ON THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE.

LOVE IS SO INCREDIBLY POWERFUL.

Life is good.

Dave and I went out and spread mulch over one of the flower beds this morning, then we came in and cooked breakfast, now it's raining outside and I'm in here blabbing to ya'll!

How great that Judy and family could stay with you! I'm jealous, I want to meet Judy LOL!!

Well the sun is shining right now, but later this evening we are to get a rain and wind storm that is going to last until a week from tomorrow. The sierra's are expecting to get 5 -10 feet of snow. If it storms as bad as it says I probably won't be able to get online very much because it may knock out my satellite internet. So do not worry I will be fine.

Bill sent me to bed a little after eight last night cause I kept nodding our in my chair....I just got up about half an hour ago. It started on the left side of my throat...shifted to the right last night so hopefully it has worked it's way around and will be gone soon. Not going to Church tonight...sure wouldn't want to give this to anyone. Another dose of Nyquil, a hot cider and I am going to crawl back under my blanket.
