Your 'Copper King' looks golden yellow...mine is peachey like the one you call Melon.
That one that you call noid looks like 'Orania' one i've been thinking of buying because the name reminds me of my Grandaughters name Oryanna.
Look for your self.........

Countdown to spring! One garden photo per day - Part 5
Ya know I thought CopperKing was wrong.
SOOOOO The whole order was wrong.
AND Nthe bonus for their mistake was 3 DL'k tagged Starling .Guess what 2 were RedThrill a spider I would have wanted anyway. At least they sent nice DL's
The also loused up the 3 Moonlight strains lilies and sent 1 with 2 really boring Regal lilies.
Any ideas as to the golden yellow supposed to be CK?
I will change Oriana. It was on my wishlist so I am thrilled.
Oh, i'm NO expert!! This is strickly looking at pictures and guessing!!! LOL
But your Melon colored one I suspect is the real Copper King, it looks more like mine and the pictures in PF.
Looks very expensive--one would have to spend LOTS of $$$ for Copper King?
The melon one doesnt grow to more than 4 feet.
I will fix the ones I can by renaming the files and thank goodness I transplanted Oriana to another garden with White Henrii and some NOID whites from B&B.
I should just loosenup and have fun.
Yup Looks like 24k gold! LOL! Very nice!
Ge, i'd ask Leftwood, Moby, Mags, or Maniac in the lily forum.
I told you I was NO EXPERT!! LOL Not enough coffee either yet. ^_^
Phoebe I don't know how much Copper King cost, i don't even remember what I paid for African Queen, but it was most likely on sale or a co-op. ^_^
The Copper Kings i ordered were from B&D LIlies I went to heir website and couldnt find but 1 trumpet.I also looked in PF 's and didnt find it there.
I did start an ID thread for it on Lily Forum.
The melon colored lily is a mystery as it doesnt have purple back color on the bloom.
My Picture of CopperK might e a bit sunny.
I try to photo in early AM to get most accurate color.
Thanks for everyones help.
Its not the end of the world if I never get them strait

Beautiful!
thanks.. that spot has the best soil out of the whole yard.. except the drainage .. lots of worms there!.. it's so nice to under plant there.. no rocks!!.. all those hostas went in without a problem.. they were from the neighbor who Randy and I help divide hers.. it had to have been 4 foot across.. we made 30 something plants out of it.. and last year her original plant looks pretty close to the way it was.. guess we will be doing that again this year.. amazing when you get a good one.. just wish it wasn't plain green
You are lucky, thats a beautiful Rhodie.
Gorgeous spot Allison.
thank you... we hacked the rodie up a few years ago.. too many dead spots in the middle.. hope it looks better in the front this year.. that's a side shot
nice

I wish! It's the Orientals that smell divine to me but these have no scent. Rats!

HMMMMM My grandmother grew Regals that had a wonderful oder, maybe they werent regals.
I've got a Regal. They're very pretty.
Well what a wonderful display of spring flowers to go along with our warm weather.

d-nut I miss the trilliums in my Mom's fern bed in WI. At least I'm ordering jack-in-the-pulpits this yr.
Gorgeous Bill. Love those ferns, they just set the rest off so nicely.
Wonderful pic D'nut. So nice and neat, too.
Bill your beds are so gorgeous... love the multiple blooms D-nut
pretty spot
Its not mine but I love the picture.Looks like a greeting card.
it reminds me of something my one Aunt would have had.. we felt like we were in the secret garden as kids at her house.. always great places for hide & seek... her bedroom closet was this long hall .. lead out to the hallway closet... very strange but fun.. she had a lot of garden art and flowers but the shape of her beds would be something some do today.. very curvy raised beds
