Forgot to say - 68 more days!

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Luving the flowering trees and shrubs! I wish my siberian iris needing thining! They do ok but not great for me. Thanks for reminding me about the chives and forget-me-nots and wildflowers which I always forget to deadhead so are popping up everywhere. Do the gerbers come back for you onewish? I like the combo pics. I need to work more on good combos. Shirley is one of my favs cuz she is very demure and ladylike just like me (snort). This is one tulip I like open. Most I like better closed.

Pirl those clems are lovely.
D-nut, one of my favorite tulips is Shirley and it has lasted longest longer than even the Darwin tulips!
Nice caladiums Ge!
Allison thats a nice clump of pinks!
Bill, I didn't know you grew Poppies too! Very nice, let me know if you want to trade poppy seeds....between Ge & I we most likely have them all. ^_^
Nice crocus Victor, are we going "backwards"?

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

maybe its peeking early if we add july pics.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Thanks. With almost 70 days to go, there's no rush. Also, the spring bulbs are appealing in that they will be the first things we see.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

really - dumb question - how do you collect the seeds?

I think i have about 8 although only 3 are listed in my journal, Patty's Plum, Poppy Pink Ruffles, and Turkenlouis are two from a coop last year I know of - lost track of the rest although i may have some names in the pots i'm over wintering them.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Those are Oriental Poppies perennials.
I personally have had badluck growing OP's from seed.others may be better suited for seed advise.
I am a steller grower of annual poppies Somnifareums which, once sown resow every year and are quite charming.
Those are the seeds Pixi was talking about.

After they are done flowering you are left with a seed head...tip it upside down. The seeds are very small but should flow freely frome the seedpod.
Looks like this.........

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Beautiful ngam, thanks for the tip Ge. ^_^

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Just "Lurking' as my photo's are on my other computer. I must say that Pollyk's 'Joyous Troubador' is stunning, as is the color in ngam 'Lauren's grape' and I think that shot of WaterCan2's is just a total visual blast of the much needed spring color we are all seeking on this thread. Thanks, Patti

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Great photos, everyone. Love that Lauren's Grape and bought a package of seeds. I hope they do as well for me as they've done for you, Pat.
