great snow again this morning - although someone rode a horse on the trail and left presents that are difficult to dodge on xc-ski's
think i need to get some pictures to share - as there is a small river, beaver pond, and open wet lands area, all in the woods - looks nice in the snow.

39 & bright. Good luck with the knee Victor. I'm on a lot of Advil for 10 days because of pain in my hip. If I didn't pull anything, it's arthritis. Have it in my spine, so hip should be next.
it is nice - i do the elyptical later in the afternoon - xcountry has taken the place of the jogging i started - better exercise and the whole body is involved and better on the knee - when the snow melts i'll hit the roads - which could be this weekend
good luck with the knee - i can still feel mine although the pain is a 2 if the earlier pain was a 10 - which tells me it may come back.

well... more than 1/2 of the stuff is inside... some had some spots we can't get the cords up.. and some of the things are still frozen in the ground and we couldn't pull them up.. the downside to not having a real sunny front yard I guess

Rough day yesterday. While at the service for my aunt, the cousins got a call that my uncle died at home. I knew that they would go closely, but wow. Even the funeral director said it was a first for him.

I guess I look at this a little differently, to me it's a blessing in disguise. When a couple has been together that long, they are one and the other left behind is never whole again. I've seen this happen countless times with couples married 40 or more years, it's harder on the family left behind, but so much better for the spouse. A sense of peace should come from the fact they are together again. My condolences to you and your family Victor, may HE comfort you during this difficult time.
