Only three more days until voting begins, so re-read the poems and start thinking of the winner all. It's not to late to post more for anyone just tuning in. We will have two votes, one for regular and one for funny. So when you d-mail me your votes just type funny by the name for that category and I'll know the other name is for regular. This should be interesting to say the least. Good luck to each one and have enjoyed each and every post. Karen

I think Flowers said the contest ends on the 23rd and voting is that day by d-mail and she would post the winners on the 24th.

I'm going to have a hard time voting. There are lots that should win.

Fortunately you can choose both a humorous and a non-humorous poem. Two will be hard, one near impossible.

That makes it SLIGHTLY easier! LOL

I was hoping for a flurry of poems to make it even more difficult.. I love them all, and I have a couple favorites and how do we just vote for 2 of them??

Some folks are just shy, I guess. I had thought maybe we would see a few more. This was fun. Good on Flowers for taking it on.

I am close...DH just asked what I picked up for his 3 shift mates at work....and I just made the trek to Wally World for all the final fixin's.....sigh

Moon what does your DH do?

He is a Sr maintenance tech at a plant that makes crop protection herbicides for the agricultural industry called Syngenta. It is his job to keep the packaging department equipment running.

Scrolling down thru all the poems preparing to vote tomorrow...oh dear...it will be hard!

especially with us chatting away in between lol

Hi Moon, how are you today? So which herbicide to use against snow, deer, lost hunters, neighbor's dogs and cats, and the occasional pony getting out? (LOL)
Flowers, I am not an old fogy....I am 18 with 31 years of experience....just like I am not fat...I am fluffy cause I am holding it all for a friend!

There has been some confusion on 101's poem as to funny or serious, I labled it serious because even tho it was humorous it was still moving.

No room in the inn,
No crib for a bed.
Camp under the stars,
In a stable instead.
