Flowers if I find a chicken leg I'm donating it to Kassy's legless chicken....is there anything besides a chicken leg that you'd like? How about a yummy peppermint chocolate?
JJ that cartoon was before my time....

Jesup, GA

Thanks V. I'll take a turtle. Just so it's not a Tootin one. My apologies to dear Moon and of course Tootin him self. Grin...I have ran around the pool dozens of times trying to get the duck Poo's in their little house. They are not paying any more Attn. to me than the man in the moon. I have almost resigned them to sleeping out back! The chickens have been in bed for a while now. That is what I have been doing for so long. Ever since I left the thread. Haven't even had dinner yet. DH has showered eaten and is all cozy in his chair watching the History channel! I see some thing wrong with this picture. Wish I could live a few hours in his world. Doesn't have a care in the world.

(Zone 5b)

Dixie you gotta get yourself a couple of flags and wave them around, I saw it on Amazing Race.

Leicester, NC(Zone 8a)

Been thinking about that one Lynnie and that chocolate chip crosant that moons grandson was eating sure looked good, so if you have one of them I'll give ya the socks and I'll even wash them plus throw in a pot holder. Thanks Venice gonna name mine Bouledagard cause he has the strongest legs. Dixie just put a poo in his lap that should get his attention LOL Night All

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

ok I just got home trying to catch up on things what did I miss?

Delhi, LA

I'm not interested in a comparison, Lynnie. Got him beat hands down. The gang was showing all those pics and I just wondered. My daughter made about a dozen photos of that statue when they were in Italy. "Oh daddy, it is just so beautiful." Looked like porn to me.

Kenmore, NY(Zone 6a)

Lynnie, you sleeping in after all that excitement?

Guess what I did last night? DH is so-o proud of me! He was flipping around on the tv and landed on the Military Channel (boring!) and the show was the top 10 submarines (even more boring, I was dozing) and they were on #3. So he said "what do you think is #1?" Like I care.

So I said "A PT109". He said "that's not a sub!" So I said "A U Boat" He thought it was a different sub, I don't know what. Guess what #1 was? HAH! HAH!

A U boat.

Can I give myself a gold star?

Kenmore, NY(Zone 6a)

Jim, a lot of people think naked statues are porn. For me, in addition to the art itself, the beauty is trying to imagine a sculptor taking a hunk of stone and finding the statue within. Michelangelo actually went to the morgue wing of hospitals and stole bodies to dissect so he could get the muscles correct. He actually did not like painting, and is probably remembered most for The Sistine Chapel.

I'm surrounded by artists.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

Morning smiley

I'll bet lynnie's at the gym.
Hope she stops and buys donuts.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Good Morning Smiley. You sound pretty chipper this morning. Hope that means you are feeling better. Good on you. Give yourself 2 gold stars...one for knowing and one for not saying LIKE I CARE outloud....grin

Jim, when the good Lord made Adam and Eve, he didn't put coveralls on them....people made the naked body pornographic...God made it beautiful...grin (keeping my clothes on to avoid conflict....and arrest...lol)

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Good Morning JJs...Just for you...a nice selection of Chocolate, cream filled, and Jelly donuts....you earned them after all that painting....grin

Jesup, GA

Hi all, hope every one is bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning! I could never get back on DG last night. Went to check on the POO's and almost had a nervous break down worrying about the ducks last night. Could never get them out of the pool to go in their little house to bed. I finally gave up after about 3 hrs. of coaxing. They just looked at me with their tongues sticking out,so to speak. So they ended up spending the night out there. They were fine this morning. Just wanted to worry mommy to death. Grin....Who's making breakfast this morning ? I'm hungry.

Jesup, GA

Moon, you are right about the good Lord making the naked body as meant to be a beautiful thing. You have inspired me to be, in my menopausal years a Sports Illustrated swim suite model. Yeah, yeah, going to make that my new career! Grin......That's what menopause does for ya.......mental clarity kinda flies out the window. Some ones at the door probably my agent now. Grin...... I just have to beat'um off with a stick. Too many offers at once.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Good Morning Dixie. How about a nice Spanish omelet with toast and grits? grin It is so hard when the "kids" start thinking for themselves...grin Bet GerttieMoonPoo sat right out in the center laughing....grin

(Zone 5b)

ugh I just woke up....pardon my appearance.....cofffee.....somebody give me coffee....
submarines, manmade marvels....human body....God/Nature made work of art and the best engineering desgn ever. Human mind.....hmmmm that can go either way.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

DH says they named it wrong...not meno"pause", he says it is Meno-"wait til I am good and ready" grin. We should protest SI for not having a section for "Gorgeous Grannies" grin I can just see you poolside, head tossed back, surrounded by the Poos....grin

Jesup, GA

Morning Moon,JJ's,and Smiley. We must be the only ones up so far......Having a nasty grey day over this way.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

A smiling face is one of the most beautiful creations ever...bedhead and all

Good Morning Lynnie. Chocolate croissants and oranges for you this morning, with a vat o'coffee,,,,grin

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

The Rennisance men were the wise men...they preferred a bit of padding over the bones....Reubens and Raphael had a love for soft curves and sweet smiles....

(Zone 5b)

bless you Moon....yum!
women never appreciate their own beauty.

Jesup, GA

LOL me too JJ's .I think I have good ideas for some things that are going further south than others. I can wrap them around neck in the winter to keep warm. LOL......Moon,that is a wonderful omelet thank you.......Here's your coffee, Lynnie dear. There's more,if any one else would like any.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

It is also a rarity for women to appreciate the beauty of other women. We have men to thank for that flaw

You are welcome Lynnie.... feel like cooking this morning...

Hey Smiley, how about Coffee and a cannole ?

Jesup, GA

I have known some very beautiful people through my life. But can be very ugly. Inner beauty has to go along with it. What one sees on the out side is fleeting.

(Zone 5b)

inner ugliness can sure spoil outer beauty

Jesup, GA

I agree sister Lynnie! That is so true.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

As soon as I get the kid off and the DH off I am free until school is out.
Have my list and ready to dig in.

Lynnie I threw away all my old cookie sheets I never used....clapping...now I don't get attacked when I open the cupboard door :)

But I'm not giving up my dish drainer on the counter...sorry

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Case in point....Hollywood....So many of the "beautiful people" have really skanky dark innards...grin

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

JJ, I wouldn't mind the drainer on the counter if DH didn't use it as a repository for anything he doesn't feel like putting away...when he cooks he will pull out a pan. realize it is the wrong size and stick it in the drainbasket rather than back in the cabinet...same thing when he unloads dishwasher....rather than use a dish towel he piles it all in the drainer....what kind of help is that? grin

Jesup, GA

Got to go and make some thing to eat. And do some stuff around the house. Yall have a lovely morning and stay safe. See ya in a bit.

(Zone 5b)

JJ I'm proud of you! My MIL showered me with her old bakeware after my FIL's accident...sigh....I'mnot even sure if I should be using it, some of the coating has probably been declared carcinogenic since the 60's hahaha

Moon those poor actors are so messed up....all those plastic surgeries...ugh. I have to assist with plastic surgery sometimes (we cover that department) and it grosses me out...I always want to ask the people are you OUT OF YOUR MIND?? Dr is probably looking at me thinking she could use a little work hahaha
