I love the yellow ones. I think you get a yellow, that Insignia Gold is a yellow, Dee.
But the Salmon Perfection is a darkerpink. Would love one of those Chocolate
Smitty's but got to wait and see what happens. have you heard from Gordon Hawk Yet?/
Me, neither.

You'll have to post a pic of your bog garden, when you get it to the point that you want to show it off...lol...How do you set up a bog garden? I have never had one.Did I ever show you guys a pic, of my pond that I had at our old house? Where my middle daughter lives now?

Dee

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

No, I haven't heard from Gordon. I knew it would take a while. I thought he might let us know how much postage to send, but maybe he is going to do it on the honor system...just let us send it after we get our package, plus the $2. I have it put back...so... It is soo exciting to be getting cutting from him.It will be like Christmas!..lol

Hey, Dee , it looks pretty good, doesn't it.
I plan on putting a larger one down on the other end.
That one is a little round tub.
Charleen

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Charleen, you did a great job! That is soo pretty! I love rocks, but they ARE heavy! Did you line the inside area with something, or is it just a naturally wet area?
Dee

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

I had the little pool and it had some of the CP in it, Imoved it there and took a rack and scratched the outline and dug it out. About 3'' deep.
set the little pool in it and started circeling it with rock. I put peat in the pool with the insect eating plants. It wasn't difficult til I started movng the rocks. No naturally wet til I got the garden hose , now it's wet ^_^

Great job, Charleen..you did good girl. I have one of the small easy up pools that the top ring went bad on, and I am keeping it thinking that one of these days, I will get around to putting in a little water feature and use it for a liner.
Dee

Wonder where Elizabeth is tonight?

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Maybe she will come popping in,
Charleen

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Now, Charleen...you know we never forget..lol
Dee

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Yeah, Right. Like going back to the room we just left to remember what we were going after "in the first place"
I have done that so many times. I get aggravated when I forget.
Charleen

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

I know I walk in the other room to get something and have to just stand there and look around till I remember what I went after..lol...Ain't old age grand..lol
Dee

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

I have more babies popping up.I found some neat little clear solo cups at the dollar tree to transplant mine into, until I can figure out what I'm gonna do. I need more grow lights....The solo cups are short and fat, so they will work for a little while.it should be a little while before I have to pot them up, anyway.
Dee

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

those sound great. I may have to look for some. Going to plant seeds this coming year. Don't know how I'll do but going to try. I figure I got lucky with my brug baby.
Charleen

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

By the time I pot up what I have cominging trades, my grow stands will be completely full of brugs. I have 2 grow stands, right now

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Charleen do you have an old shop light? That's all I use for grow lights, with regular florescents(misp??).
Dee

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Charleen do you like wave petunias? I am thinking about growing some to use as a groundcover around the brugs.I love them, and that about the only place that I will have to put them this year.
Dee

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

old for that. hehehe But I still like to work outside.
Charleen

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

I have been really busy, Thanksgiving is at my house, so the house has to be tiptop, you would be amazed what you find, I have donated 3 times in the last month, lucky for me they pick it up on the porch, anyway, I was clipping back
my plants, I found a bud on Rosalla lilla X wildfire, I just hope it doesn't get really cold, & it can bloom in the GH
Elizabeth
