Well same old, same old again. Rain, clouds and just to make it really nice (not) low 40s for temps. Gloomy November is almost over and I will not be unhappy to see it go. Winds should pick up to a good strong breeze later in the day but not much in the way of any sun until maybe late tomorrow or Sunday.
Today's Weather in Your Garden - 56
Right--rain all day, beginning to drizzle so maybe I will get to the post office. 45 degrees.
Gorgeous day today here. I love the cooler temps. NO A/C on and the air is nice and clear. The pups are feeling their oats, but I can't complain...they are happy, healthy little ones and they were super yesterday when we had guests. At the moment it's in the 60s here and there's a WorldWide Wrestling match going on here in our living room. Hope it clears up and turns garden-worthy for all of you up there!!
Louise
Pouring here all day but not extremly cold. Just kind of raw, so I built a fire. ^_^
Temp 45.5, windchill 28.3, wind WNW 17.7mph with gusts, cloudy.
Windy and chilly 45
Yes - lots of wind. Starting to feel like late Nov.
Very rainy this morn---very windy tonight---guess the good weather is history!
46 now but you wouldn't know it.. the wind is crazy... going up to 51
wind is crazy here too - supposed to get up close to 50
Yeah, it's roaring out there! Had a red-bellied WP on the feeder this morn---don't know how he hung on!
Same here, keeps blowing our furnace out. Furnace guy says wind can't blow it out, but he's on the way to see what's going on.
50 and crazy windy!
52°, windchill 36
Wind from the NW @ 22mph with gusts, sunny.
52 and sunny. We had those winds yestersay with lots of rain. I'm gonna have to start warning you guys about whats coming.
Poured all day yeasterday until 10 this morning at whicj time the wind licked in full force. Lost the power once already. :(
Very high winds--have knocked down some local trees. Ours seem ok.
Yes, strong is right..lost power 3 x now but only for short periods thank goodness!!
had a 40' dead pine break off and some how missed three rose of sharon's and a mt. ash.
Oh no! Be careful!
Geez!!!
all picked up and ready for the fire pit - half the tree has been dead for several years and it is out front so only the trees and plants are in any danger - fell on one of my walls and broke the tree up - wall still stands!
Yaaaaay! "Built by Bill to with stand 40ft. tree's" There's your slogan for your new rock building business!
LOL! Glad everyone is ok--that was some wind!
Wind has toned down here after a lot of cracking and creaking out in the woods over night from the strong winds, no damage in the yard thankfully. Glad everyone is okay. Power is still out in parts of NH I understand. Hope they get it fixed soon.
The sun is out finally today with the present temp at 44 degrees. Should climb up about ten degrees to the mid 50s. More rain tomorrow then a few nice sunny days.
Sunny, but coldish--in the mid 40s. Glad that there is no wind, yesterday it was brutal.
Yes Maine & N.H. still have folks with out power, it was a cold night but going up to 43 today. Hopefully it will be restored by tonight, it's supposed to drop down to 27 here.
57.5°, sunny
Started out at 38, now 52 and sunny. No wind here.

53 and sunny. Another gorgeous day. Late Nov????????
CT. weatherman said that this is the 5th warmest Nov. on record this morning.
Very strange. We had one of the coolest Octobers and now one of the warmest Novembers!
The weather definetly changed, I'm expecting the same wet spring we had this year,
-for next year. But the bloom time has been shortened, June is rainy now, with little sun.
I'll start a new thread.
Thanks.
