I had an out of body ~'dream' when I was in my 20's which now 30yrs later I still remember. I Believe we have the ability to do things which we don't know or can't comprehend we can do, but as everything else w/o practice or understanding you loose the ability... anyway it sure didn't feel like a dream when I had it! lol!
-Put it this way, I don't disregard anything, because I am the first to admit, I dont know everything there is to know...

don't think I am a wack job for saying this but when I was all wigged out with my thyroid I was meditating a lot ... and it seems I had the out of body dreams quite a bit.. that's when I started looking into it .. I have some friends into metaphysical things and they told me I was quite gifted to bring that on without trying

Out of body----had those experiences when i started meditating too. It was very pleasant to me once I got used to it and realized I could come back whenever I wanted. Almost like a dream but different.
It didnt really freak me because I died as a child and was revived. I still remember what that was like.So yes, I believe.

Hey jadajoy you live within reach of the A.R.E. and the late Edgar Cayce's home. Ever check into it. I got into it when i was stationed at Dam Neck in VB. I'm definitely a believer although my dreams are more contemporary. I also daydream alot. Either way I find them entertaining for the most part.

I had a dream Friday night that we bought a funeral parlor and the adjacent cemetary came with it. It was very old with grave sites from the 1800's
I had one last week where I was giving blood and was taken prisoner for hours in this long maze of offices. I finally escaped.
I just had a dream that another storm is coming our way Tuesday night into Wednesday. Oh WAIT - that wasn't dream it was the forecast. WHAAAAT???

Sort of predicted for here as well. town snow removal budget is down to 19, 000 & we are told that it won't cover another storm.
...maybe they'll do what they do on the eastern tip of LI when it gets bad and they don't have the resources, close all roads except for emergency vehicles. No unofficial traffic allowed, except vital services like ambulance & fire.
Last night - was to NY for something. I was driving on the interstate and my car flew right off and went down. I ended up in a big apartment complex with 3 stories. I was running around from room to room looking for my car and husband. I ended out on the street and a guy was sitting in his yard having a yard sale and I said "where did you get that pressure cooker and charcoal grill"? He said - I almost sold it this morning and I said THATS MINE, where did you get it, it was in my car! He pointed and said over there. I said wheres my husband? He said he is ok and they took him to the hospital. I ran back to see my car and it was in one of the apartments in the living room - Totaled. I didnt have no money or a cell phone to call the hospital. I then woke up. geeze
