Oh My Gosh. I just finished reading this thread. What a great topic, and you guys are just way too funny. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time.
Dreams
You're only dreaming...
Ewww, Victor that is nasty. I have a lot of dreams where I'm in the FBI or CIA and had a dream once where this gun had be pinned down and was going to hit me when all of a sudden he looked sick and he puked right on me, I turned my head just in time so it landed on my neck, I immediately woke up facing the same way I turned in my dream and my neck actually felt warm. ewwwwwww
EWWWWW is right.
eeeeeewwwwwwww and double eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww
It was worst for me, believe me!!
Agree!
those are the times I don't mind being woken up early
I woke up last night thinking I have to remember this for the thread, but for the life of me I have no idea what I dreamt, but I know I was thinking of you all. heehee.
hate that
some dreams you should keep to yourself victor - were you thinking about white's snowboard coach?
I do keep the best ones to myself. AUP.
Sherrie, glad the new pup is letting you know he has to go out
Had a dream where we bought an old house but it was not in good shape we found out family friends owned the house next door so we bought that one too and had it moved to the spot our house was on because it had a better view, but they didn't attach it so it keep rolling back and forth on the foundation. Then as we were inpecting the house come to find out there was a murder in the house and the room it happened in was left just like the day it happened, so they started up a new investigation.
One dream I used to have over and over and over was ...I would wake up in a bed that had a rounded metal frame (like 50s style but in stainless steel) I would always get out of bed on the right side. behind the bed was a very small kitchen, floor done in checker pattern, black and white. All applainces done in stainless steel. Everything was sterile. To the end of my bed a few feet away was a room, no doors except one door on my right and on my left, it was an open floor plan from behind me and ahead of me, focusing on my laying in this bed), a liberary was focused towards the end of my bed with several very tall narrow widows. As soon as i would get out of bed, I would walk through one doorway to my right and it led to a massive wooden stairway and on each step, I believe was my right side, would be a door. Every door (I didnt go through every one) there would be a room with a different color. The one room that stayed in my mind was a green room. It had tall widows with green sheer curtains, I do not think anything was in there, just a room. I had this dream so many times where nothing changed, it was always the same thing until one night I was able to manipulate the dream where I got out of bed on the left side. If I remember it right, it turned into a nightmare...things chasing me, very bad storm outside etc. But i had that dream probably 20 times night after night years ago and still to this day I have no idea what that was about.
I have terrible dreams when I am under a lot of stress. The two worst ones involved walking on thin ice and being bitten by a great white shark from below, and falling from the sky in an airplane crash. Awful, and those themes have happened a few times. Not too difficult to interpret, though!
Also, I started taking an antidepressant early last year due to a rough time I was having, and OMG, did I start having crazy, extremely vivid dreams soon after taking that medication. Apparently that's a very common side effect and it's really interesting to see how chemicals really can effect the brain. The dreams were so real that sometimes I would wake myself and my husband up by sitting bolt upright and shouting something. I'm really glad that side effect has tapered off.
A strange one I had recently was where I was reading a book in someone's house, and every time I flipped the book over to make a note of the title and author so that I could purchase it, I couldn't make out any of the words...or I couldn't remember them. Every time I went back to the story, it had changed to an entirely different book, so I kept reading and flipping, reading and flipping. It was maddening.

Very interesting, blue and Nor!
The one good thing about falling dreams is that you usually wake up before you hit something. If not, you're on the floor.
Not me! I always make a soft landing.
I once had a "near death" experience - but as a dream. It's the biggest regret of my life that I woke up. Truly amazing.
Dreams in which I fly are fabulous.
Actually, I lucid dream. There is a director, and if the dream starts going awry, the "director" intervenes and actually resets the dream, including the setting of the dream if necessary. Honestly, the director is just like a movie director. (I suppose this means I am a total control freak)
i've been dreaming about where the heck will i plant my new jm's
I can dream about new iris crosses. I have been waking up too much at night to get much dreaming done.
I have lots of garden dreams.
Assuming that some turn into nightmares--attack of the giant woodchucks etc.
I have a lot of real estate dreams

Good point!!!!
Must have had a really good dream last night - woke up with two scratches on my face!

No - from me!! Guess I need to trim my nails! Don't seem that long.
I don't know that I've ever had a gardening dream until last night. I dreamed all my hostas were coming up and unfurling now, because of the mild winter, so I was freaking out. Then I saw one had HVX and it became a bona fide nightmare. Eek. I was glad to wake up...today I went out and made sure they were all still asleep out there.
