Hi Lynnie, Venice, Smiley and I sure hope Jean is not getting flooded right now. Has anyone checked the weather in her neighborhood lately? I missed the new's this evening.

Dave, I did trim my tree. The branches were very long and it would look better if it were bushier. However, all the leaves were on the ends of the branches. So the tree has absolutely no leaves now. I had given it fertilizer last week so maybe it will do something. The little tree beside it still has brown leaves and is as tall as the other one.

Do you know if you can take a piece of a branch that has been cut off and root it? In water or soil?

So, Trina, have or are you going to receive anything special? A bird yet?

Rachel, Birds are nasty and dirty, especially cockatiels, and when they finally died I refused to ever have any more, Kitty went to a little girl down the street after she ate every single plant I got off Lari Ann and the split leaf tree philo!

Glad your kitty found a new home due to she must have been the one to send your plant's to doom land. Luckily my cat's do not pay any attention to any of plant's or their butt's would regret it;-)

Yes Venice I gave Chocolate away, Spray bottle worked on the dog to keep her out of them but Chocolate just wouldn't no matter what I tried, Tinkerbell learned real quick though she don't like to be wet!

Trina, I am so sorry about your plants and your kitty. The only thing that the spray bottle did for my Kitty when she got crazy and would bite me, it just made her crazier and bite me more! I suppose Chocolate ate all of them when you were sick in bed.

JJ, my granddaughter had a similar type dog a few years ago. You had to say something or clap to make it do something. However, many times the darn thing wouldn't do anything no matter how loud you clapped or yelled commands. Playing with that thing didn't last too long. Maybe they have improved those toys since then.

My brother's girlfriend gave those to me about 5 years ago when she left the neighborhood. She couldn't sell them in a garage sale.
Wouldn't buy that kind of junk, but it's interesting that it gets made and sold.
