Can we please gather everyone who has ever participated in a reality tv show (not to mention those who watch them) and put them on a big home-built helium 'craft', like a Noah's Ark of Freaks, and let it go. Please!!!!!!!!!!
can not do that victor - my wife is addicted to those shows - from dancing with the stars, top chef, project runway, you name it - her and some friends at work tape shows for each other if they are away or on at the same time
i do banish her to the tv in the bedroom (32") and i take over the 46" HD TV

Are 'So You Think You Can Dance' and 'So You Think You Can Dance Canada' reality shows? If so I'm on the Freak Ark with Mrs wha. I luv those shows. I learn so many new moves and I'm determined to learn how to krump. Besides I think a Freak Ark might be fun ^_^
Is there a new way of surviving in helium? Pure helium will probably kill you before you even sit down. How dumb do they think people are.

I don't put Dancing or Idol in that same category. I'm really referring to the shows that highlight people with no talent doing nothing at all - like the show balloon family was on and the one with the 8 kids, big brother, etc. Useless, in my humble.
Helium would kill eventually. But at least you sound funny before you die! ^_^

What about Alvin the Chipmunk? He's in his 50s and still going strong and I think that's pretty old for a chippie. I wonder how it feels to be known as balloon boy and ballon family? I see therapy in their future.

In case nobodies paying attention, there is a lot of people with the H1N1 already. I had it, both my grandchildren, my daughter, my wife & my son had a very mild case. That takes care of our family. At the rate it's spreading in this part of the country, they won't need the vaccine that won't be ready until after the first of the year!
Actually, the pigs that are at MN State Fair are mostly slaughtered rather than taken back home. It goes back to when they started with decease prevention of the pork industry. The confinement, swine barns in this state & I'm sure others, are off limits to anyone except the employees. They even have to shower before going in.
My SIL drives trucks that haul pigs from one site to another. Very strict on sanitation.

We have received H1N1 vaccine in this area according to my employee health office, but I am not planning on getting it, so I may be unemployeed unless they lift the regulation.

Wow - glad to hear all is well, Bernie. 1st of the year?? Supposed to be ready in the next few weeks. H1N1 is supposed to come from a number of sources and is really not swine flu.

Yes, I read that today Victor, another hearing Oct 30th. I reluctantly got the seasonal flu vaccine this week and got sick from it.
yes plus other problems, hoping that this one stabilize the shoulder enough that i will not have to have the surgery to repair the breast bones.

Yes---take care, both of you! Saw that stroller flip on the news---the Mom was momentarily distracted---what? Did she forget she had a child? Honestly! If I see one more mother let a baby walk either on the sidewalk, or in a parking lot without holding their hand, I'm going to scream. I have to go by a daycare to get into town, & sure enough, this past spring, toddler , not being hand held, walked into the road in front of me---I was going the 25 mph speed limit & was able to stop----I gave that mother the dirtiest look---she just walked off in a huff.
Victor, I could go for a dunk in that tub right about now. I'm needing a Calgon moment. Instead, I'm going to bed. 'Nite!

Yes - the woman near the train had to pull up her pants! You would think she would at least turn the stroller so the wheels are facing the length of the platform.
If I saw that happen, I'd have to change my pants.
I personally would refuse to get the vaccine.
