And it was soooo cooold I couldn't make myself take my hands out of my pockets to take pictures.
I only took those few today. Have some somewhere from prior years if I find them maybe will post a few more.

I still haven't warmed up. Thinking about lighting the firplace and pushing couch next to it. OR
buying a ticket to Florida!!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Yes, several ways to do it but you do have to click on something. Thanks everyone.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

JJ, do you have a heating pad you can sit on or a water bottle to warm your feet?

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

jjsgramma, I will go to Florida with you anytime;-) It was 83F. here yesterday but today only got in the lower 60's so a warmer place does sound welcoming.

Trina, which arrowhead plant did you get?

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, do you have to dig up your minature roses?

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

T-shirt, thermal shirt , sweatshirt and winter coat with the hood up and I still have everything but the coat on.

All I can say is ther better be some warming going on before I have to go trick or treating!!

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

Rachel 60's is sonding pretty good right now..grin..

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, if you brought all your minature roses in, I should go get that free rose bush and bring it in.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

Maybe Dave needs help.
If you ask me and not my husband I can pound nails, hang drywall, and paint...

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

I only have to dig up the Tree roses cuase thier graft is at the top and will die if it freezes

Rachel hang on a second and I will take pictures of all three arrow heads for you.

But here's the MIL Toungue Venice sent me. I like it I haven't seen one like it before

I don't know what to do with this minature rose bush. I guess it was in the ground and she dug it up and stuck it in a pot. (I got 4 plants from a road side pickup or they would go in the trash! Craigslist)

Do I need to put it in the ground now? How much area does it need for roots?

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

Here is the one Venice Sent me, I can see the differences here I don't know if you can from the pictures

JJ, night and sleep tight and warm!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Didn't the arrows get crushed?

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

Venice it's ust like a regular rose dig a hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the current rootball. mond enough dirt in the center of the hole so the rose can be sitting at the same soilas it was in the pot then fill in the hole, if you have rooting hormone it wouldn't hurt to ip a few of the roots in it, then just fill in the hole.

Here is the 3 variety of arrow head

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

Nope everything arrived safe and sound. no crushing

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Well, you got the arrow head because a few weeks ago I had to cut off some of my plant and then stuck them in water. It was getting too gangly for my desk. It has an ivy in with it. Don't know what kind. But they seem to like one another!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, what type of ivy do you have?

Trina, since you are such a tropical plant type of person if you ever come across a Syngonium rayii would you please let me know where to find one;-)

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

as soon as I figure out what one of those are I sure will Rachel

Venice I have Swedish Ivy and German Ivy , and greater periwinkle and something perstophne or something I'll go take a pic in a few minutes

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I saw what Swedish Ivy was.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I found the first 3 but not the last one.

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

It seems like such a shame now I have to hack it up because it wont survive the winter outside

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

oops forgot the picture.

I will look it up in a minute.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

That's a big rose bush!

Are all your ivies outside?

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, you don't have to look it up! It is getting late.

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

the vine is marble leaf peristrophe and no ivies are outside they are all in the house

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

That last vine is kind of interesting. You were talking about having to dig up that rose bush. I thought you were talking about the ivies and couldn't figure it!

Well, Trina, it is my bedtime and I am sleepy. I just am not a night owl like you!

So 'night, hope you sleep well and stay toasty warm!

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

Night Venice sleep well! Got more stuff to dig up!

Delhi, LA

trina, is the arrowhead some type of philodedrium?

Dixie, you can buy minature goats and they are really small, only thing is the price is big.

Kassy, my chives are about big enough to eat. Thanks again.

Hi all.

Got to get to bed. We have been invited to sing at our home church's Homecoming. Our quartet hasn't sung together in 30 years. This is going to be a real experience.

Hi Jim, and it's nice to see you! Hope all is well in your part of the world and I am sure you will have a tremendous time at your Homecoming;-) Trina's syngonium's are part of the Araceae family which include's Philodendron's as well.
