venice, the picture you were talking about was my Russell Lupine leave after a rain. Blossoms were gone long time ago.

It's entered in a photo contest that one of the TV stations is having here, along with some of my other photos smiley ^_^.

Well I'm not froze yet, thanks for asking, but there was frost on the grass this morning, and they are calling for possible snow flurries today :-(
It says it's going down to 25 here tonight now :-(
It was 42 degrees earlier this morning and I guess that was out high, because we are down to 36 degrees already.
we may see some snow today!

It's gonna be hot and dry here today. Will be weed-eating, maybe some construction. Need to get Peppers in the ground and prepare a bed for Basil; and a friend I know from school days just moved here with his girlfriend, from Denver, CO. Gonna be a busy day.

That's cool having a friend living there also. You will have to show us your garden one day. Do you buy plants or plant seeds?

I figured that. What kind of plants are those? Beans or peas and squash? Can't see that little yellow flower very well.

The vine is cucumbers? I have never seen them grown before. You will have to take photos of their progress so we can see them grow.

Oh my! Trina, we will be low of 36. That is a big difference at these temperatures. You will be freezy for sure!

For some reason, I don't like cucumbers either. I have tried them many different ways and they still taste like cucumbers!

Oh god, I love cucumbers. We plant them every year ^_^
My DIL didn't like them, so she thought. She doesn't like pickles and she just thought of them that way. One day when I was peeling one, she walked by and said "that smells good". I told her, "then try it!". She has been eating them ever since.

Have any of you looked at DG videos? There is so much good info there. I didn't have a chance to look at them but I know what info is available there for when I need it.

Has anyone seen seeds on their autumn fire sedum? I thought maybe they were in the dried blossoms. But then I saw a photo I thought was the same plant and the seeds were more buldging. Describe your seeds if you have had them or post a photo. Thanks!

Daves goat Sylvester looks like h---. Hi all !! Trina, we cant have any child killin going on today. Grin. I can remember that feeling when mine were growing up. Now I just want to kill Husband , its only a fleeting thing though. Then I have to smack my self to snap out of it.

but just think dixie if you kill em then you go to prison where you get 3 squares and a bed for free, and you can even go to college and get a PHd for FREE, without having to listen to them whine, complain, cuss at you, throw things, or generally just be little butt holes saying if you touch them they'll call DCFS on you...my children just learned a very hard lesson, when I icked up the phone and yelled here let me call them for you, and the sherrif informed them that I do have a right to bust there butts with a wooden spoon so long as I do not leave permanent scars or marks, but being that they are step kids and all bigger than me all I have to say is "He hit me and I was defending myself" then they child would be arrested for assualt and battery.

Needless to say they are ALL now doing what I told them to do without any more arguments
