This was Patches 'friend' until we brought her in. Now "Chippy" comes up the deck to the door and chitters away at us. I think he misses his friend or the free food. lol

You live in such an unspoiled place, Louise, I'm surprised there's litter---no, wait, I'm not---pigs find all the nice places somehow.

Marilyn - not exactly unspoiled here......Hank is the road trash collector, and every day on our morning walk by the lake he picks up several beer cans, etc. ugh.

It was pretty windy here today as well. We had our power flickering on and off all day. Every time I walked into the kitchen I had to reset the blinking clock on the stove.
It is getting colder than I like at night.
No frost here yet, but it was very windy in the wee small hrs of this morn. We lost cable but not electric. High of 58 today and the wind has calmed down.
