....not to mention the "froggy" meadow this morning!
Today's Weather in Your Garden - 54
Looks real nice near the fireplace.
Thanks, Victor. That's where we gathered for the RU, so everyone who came will see a big difference now.
Yes, I saw it in the pics.
Happy b-day Victor's mom!
It WAS a beautiful day.
yes Happy Birthday Victor's Mom!!.... 50 now going up to 65... it was such a great day yesterday... we got a lot done
Thanks, ladies! 51, clear and breezy.
yes it was a good day yesterday - 53 here now - off to the doc's for the rooster injection now - they had a screw up last week
Used a duck instead?
a softball like that and all you can come up with it a duck?
dodo bird i think
insurance screw up - very annoying
No surprise there. Mine told me the injection would be covered. Now they send me a bill for over $700!
You mean that vaccine for the flu??!!
Edit: 54° partly cloudy, (that $700 made me forget the weather! lol)

cock-a-doddle-do!!
no WC it is for knee cartilage.
victor i spoke with the insurance company directly, after they had not gotten back to the doc's office and was told i was covered - i think i had the same stuff you did syn-something- although definitely rooster - no colonel sanders rejects for me:)
60 and sunny. The light breeze is making it feel a little cooler. Weather Channel is starting to list wind chills now!
Yes - Synvisc. I had the one shot one. Be on the lookout - I was told I was covered too. I don't plan on paying it.
That's incredible, $700 for an injection...
My temp says 65° but the windchill here is 59° in full sun, 14mph wind.
It's much more than $700. That's just the portion they want me to pay! It's over $2000.
High of 68
Getting cooler this afternoon--Victor should keep his hands in his pockets so he can't retrieve the checkbook.
victor i do not blame you - hope you have the name of the person who said it was covered - do not think we got the same shot now mine had more letters in it than Synvisc
Cooler today, but still nice---didn't have a nice view while walking the dogs today---someone jacked a deer & left the butchered parts in a small, grassy area---the woods were right behind--they could have thrown the parts in there--oh, well, if they're jacking deer, why would I expect courtesy?
Oh, Marilyn...so sorry you had to see that! How dreadful! I hate when the "new", non-traditional hunters go rampaging through our woods. This morning on our walk, Hank picked up the packaging for a hip holster just thrown into the road. Ugh. Of course, the obligatory beer cans were also thrown out with it. They give a bad name to those who have a much different ethic, and that isn't fair.
That's awful, Robin.
Bill - mine was Synvisc-One. The 'one' is for one shot. The other option is a three-shot deal.
Nice rainbow, Pixie!!! See any pot of gold with it?
Bill - did you get your rooster fix today? Sure hope it helps!
one shot deal here too - i think i am the first one shot for the doc, he had only done the three shots before - how long did yours wait for a follow up?
47 now going up to 68
46°, sunny
49 and clear as a bell. Not windy like yesterday. Looks like a great day.
Bill - my doc told me to follow up as needed. I have not been back. It took a long time to feel better. Almost two months. And, as I said, the running killed it, though it's been better lately.
thx - i was told 6 weeks although if it felt better feel free to cancel the visit - any exercises?
the annual fall invasion of the imitation lady bugs has begun
No exercises.

Walked out the front door & found a chipmunk wishing to cross the porch. Squeak! & it retreated. Temp in high 50s at the moment, bright sunny day.
Which one of you squeaked?!
Gorgeous day. I'll be outside after lunch.
chippy, I have a younger daughter & another GD who are squeakers,
Cute!
