1. a white canvas shoe
2. the line on a ship that marks water depth
3. a symbol in thermodynamics indicating an arbitrarily chosen non zero reference point
4. a surname...British politician, sports figure

I have no idea what Jeff Beck was aiming at...his track, Rock my plimsoll, could be referring to the watermark or the shoes...one never knows with Beck....grin

Well Moon, I just took a little journey. First I went to Allmusic.com and found it's "plimsoul" according to Jeff Beck.

So then I googled "plimsoul" and the urban dictionary says it's "something you can rock" ^_^

But according to Webster's it doesn't exist as a word. So I guess it's kind of like Steve Miller's "pompitous" of love.

So I guess Christian Shepard is wearing plimsoll's all this time! (February is so far away...)

Maybe Beck wanted to rock your tennies off....grin

Julie, here it is tennishoes and a soft drink is a coke....no matter if you drink coke, orange soda, root beer or dr pepper....a very common exchange is "You want a coke?" "Yeah" "What do you want?" "Gimme a dr pepper"

I was on another forum/thread and they were talking about how they had moldy seeds because of how they dry or package seeds. Also, the issue about the expense of ink when you print out DF packets. This is what I put on that thread just in case you may be interested.

I never thought about the expense of ink when printing out the DG packets. I do try to print as little as possible because of the price of ink. I am thinking that maybe if you make one template, trace around it to make many packets, and fold and paste them (or tape). Then make lists of the flower info and cut and paste them on the packets. What do you think of that idea?

For the labels, you can even choose your own font and put on the notes you want. You might also insert your own tiny photo, or insert some tiny clip art. And you could do many of these labels on one page. I think it would even save time compared to filling out the DG packets.

I let my seeds dry for a week or so, then I clean up the chaff, and let the seeds dry longer by themselves. So when I store them, they are really very dry.
