Garden Photos #43

Halifax, MA(Zone 6a)

Marilyn, a lot of people, actually most, I think, keep their pictures, music and other files on their computers. You don't have to, though. If you don't have stuff backed up elsewhere and your hard drive crashes or you lose files through accidental deletion or they get corrupted by a virus, or other means, then those files are gone for good. If you don't keep any files on your computer you don't have to worry about that.

I need to do back up also. I'd be extremely distraught if I lost all the pics and songs.

Nice Jen, my hostas are kaput for the year. Victor, your spider gave me the chills, and I'm not spider neurotic. Beautiful roses Robin! Isn't it nice when they give us a fall show?

If anyone hasn't caught it yet, Paul Zimmerman from Ashdown put out an excellent series of videos about rose care.

Update on Carbonite. I am one week into the initial backup (and I'm leaving the computer on 24 hrs) and it's 86% done. Can't wait for it to finish!

J-2 I see more buds to come on Champagne Encore. Do you remember the date of first flower? I would like that so can tell Terry Aitken the length of bloom as it is his IB. See what growing medians can do for you?

I recently had a mounted print made at Mpix.com (http://mpix.com/Products.aspx). It was on their metallic paper. It was incredibly nice. It really jumps off the page.
