Gramms said 5 and that she had her for 6 weeks, but gramms only had her for 2 weeks before we got her

must be something in the water. I lo-ove yellow wax beans. DH's grandma (from Kentucky) used to "fix them up" with crushed up crackers & butter.. to die for. we used to go there & watch the grass grow & get fat. what a vacation!!

JJs I guess that's why they say being a grandparent is so fun. I can't wait, but please let it not come too soon (he's 19, she's 16)

That first thing is a bush in my neighbors yard, but I have no clue what it is...it gets buds on it like pussy willows all winter then in spring it bursts into huge orange flowers, with no leaves...then when the leaves come in the new ones are shiny glossy green and then turn into that

Yea thats to young( she speaks from experience). Besides I don't know about NY law but IL would put him in jail if they felt so inclined. (not that I believe that should be the case).

It is fun tho and the payback rewards are great.

JJs, that's what I hope the plan will be! Although he wants to be a writer... I'm not sure what he can do with that, that would make him happy. It's hard having artistic kids. Not much attention paid to artists in this day & age of materialists.

I don't think I have asked anyone for seeds or plants. Although, you know how sparce my garden is. I am hoping that I get a nice Newbie package. BUT you know I will take anything you have to share. I am sorry but I don't need any indoor plants. If you have any seeds or anything that is small, I would love to have something!

JJ just came and got 2 flats of these blasted "gift" plants, so that leaves 7 1/2 flats left

I took columbine, ferns( from the neighbors yard) red sedum ( think its called drangonsblood?).
they can all stay outside.
