Very nice! I really like the lily shot.

Thomaston, CT

Victor, your dragonflies are great! Jo Ann & Pixie, can't believe you both still have poppies blooming. All of you being bitten---me included---I've had luck with sweet fern---rub it on before going into the yard---my problem is the clumps are down at the dam---I should transplant some to my yard. Here is salvia azurea that I'm keeping, even though it flops.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

celeste do you stake your ballon flowers? i noticed a couple blooms here on the ground.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

I don't stake mine wha. Some do dive but I find they mostly stay upright if you deadhead butI haven't got the rain like some of you. Do you have pink ones? I can't seem to grow pink ones from seed and I'm wondering if the pink ones are wussies?

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I have pink ones... mother of pearl.. they are shorter than my others.. but do pretty well

Weeze advised me to pinch my woosie white ones in the spring that always flop... I can say it helped and they were fuller than the ones I didn't pinch... but all still needed staking ... I have these stakes that the two arms bend around and you can hook them back to the pole... I usually don't hook them and tie a piece of string in the middle to try and keep the natural shape
