Am familiar with the term...long history of military service in both sides of the family....perhaps if you link his behaviour to the other 4 kid's personal freedom, they will hold their own "intervention"....peer pressure often supercedes anything parent's can dish out.

Does he realize that he has left himself open to serious Juvvy time if she presses charges?

because he's in a "special" school they already did...then instead of coming home he ran off so we had to file a runaway report...its just so frustrating

thanks moon....looking at one of those behavioral modification camps or schools for him...casuse he's headed for Mary Davis and thats not a good place...or prison..take every day one at a time

Does Illinois have a boot camp program for troubled teens? I have heard they have had some real success.
