Beautiful pics Met! Thanks for starting the new thread!
Rose, Very nice shot of the Sandpiper in the last thread.
They are clear! Nice ones bsharf!
I love that second picture of the Cardinal feeding the young one.....beautiful!
Nice snaps. This evening I put a deer cam overlooking my bird bath. I wonder what I'll get?
I understand that there are a few birds that will not visit a feeder, but will visit a bird bath.
Oh well, we'll see.
Hack
Nice shots Meth, bsharf!

Yep - anything with a particular diet that can't find what it wants on a feeder. But virtually all birds want water, either to drink or wash.
Resin
Love the cardinals, makes you smile, hawks and osprey too. The DH gets to watch the birds more than I do (I still work)he watched a robin take a shower in the water fountain,no pix though.
margaret ,love those Galahs ,perfect name, beatiful
Beautiful pics Margaret. Love all 3 birds.
Pelle, they are beautiful photos. I absolutely love the one of the Egret and Gull going for a boat ride. That's priceless. Of course, I'm rather partial to Ospreys.
Wow! All the pictures are just awesome! It seems like they just keep getting better and better! Margaret, I wish that I could be in Australia! Burn, I love the surroundings and settings in your pictures. Pelle, I wish that I could be as lucky as you and get to watch the Osprey, and see Cape May. Bsharf, great pictures of the Hawk! I got to see one myself this morning. I've been trying to find their nesting ground, or hunting spot... I finally found it. Hopefully they will stay around long enough for me to get some better pictures. Meth, how do you manage to get pictures like that (of the cardinals and blue-jay). Do you crop you photos, or are you able to actually get that close to the birds? And they're so clear!!! I wish that I could have gotten you to take a picture of my hawk.
Great pics Pelle. The Oystercatcher is beautiful, and the Osprey chicks are adorable. You must have had a wonderful time.
Possible Carolina Wren for #1 ?
Great pics guys!
Haha, Poor young Crows! I wonder if the birds feel self conscious during the molting time?
Pretty Scrub Jay!
