Super thread starting pic, Celeste.
My DLs don't have names, I kinda like this 5 year old. Odd that just mentioned the age to someone today.

Entrance to my community garden plot showing what I call my "cone corner" with my favorite red cardinal welcome sign. The echies are just the common variety kind, but they are so pretty and proflic.

A cutie pie, Pixie---hope she likes gardening! I also love the 'Broken Heart'---and Andy, yours glows---nice echies, DLs, dahlias, lilies & hummers! Louise, wish I could do that collage thing like you, Jo Ann, & Patti---the colors are so vibrant that way. Here'[s an Oriental that I like...

Marilyn - You should be able to download Google Picasa for free and make your own collages. It's super easy. I like the collages, because it saves so much time instead of trying to load each bloom individually. Your fuschia phlox is so pretty!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

such pretty pretty blooms!!!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Great pix Marilyn

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

That lily pic is wonderful, I bet it smells very nice as well and the phlox is pretty too. Some of my phlox are not looking so hot because of all the wet weather this year. Blooms look good but the plants are kind of ugly.

Thomaston, CT

Thanks----the phlox is much smaller this summer, & a few plants are very mildewed, but isn't everything!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Everything looks so good! Love your fairy Celeste.

My phlox has very bad powdery mildew.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Pixie what a precious photo of your fairy!

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

I have been using the 10 to 1 water/milk spray. It helps to keep the mildew in check mostly. Doesn't help with the brown stems that were slimed though. :(
Here is a pic from this am. Those daisies are 'Snow Cap'. Supposed to be only two feet tall or so. All the rain has made them reach for the sky, twice as tall as usual.

Yeah, I need to get out there and spray them.

Another one with 'Coppertina' ninebark in the background. My fav shrub this year, well one of my favs .

Very nice shots, everyone!

Anxiously awaiting my StarGazers and Tinos to open! That shot of yours, Marilyn, is great!

Just noticing the first touches of powdery mildew on a couple things .... I am going to try the milk spray and see if that helps control it before it gets out of hand.

Though I would share something more textural today, seeing how I am a bit bloom challenged at the moment.

One of my favorite tropicals .... I have probably had this one for 15-20 years.

For years it was the FAVorite chew plant for the cat. As you can probably surmise from the nice foliage .... no more cats ....... well, maybe a couple barn cats.

Here's a wider shot of the ponytail palm.
