Drizzle and cloudy skies... high of 72 they are saying.... can I make it one more day? lol!! I think they are saying the nice weather, once it gets here, won't stay long...seriously... what a bummer! Glad I met all of you... it's like sunshine on a cloudy day!!

yesterday it was overcast all day until about 4 and then rain/mist started - i decided after listening to the weather report to go brew beer with the thought today would be better.
woke up to rain that has gotten heavier and just now looks to be stopping - don;t know for how long - need to finish trimming up some bushes.
I managed to get into one garden for a few hours yest.---am trying to do a large bed over---don't know why I'm punishing myself this way! Today it's RAINING! Never thought I'd add rain to my 4letter word list. Glad you found us, Leighton----sorry we're such complainers!

The air is so saturated that it DOES feel like I'm swimming through it.

Yep, kids are going stir crazy. Hubby took my son with him to drop a bid off at a township, I am planning a couple kids museum trips on these dreary days, when I have nothing else planned.
Tomorrow Wall-e is scheduled to become less of a boy dog, so I can't go anywhere.
You can auction off your kids in your town?! Cool! I'm moving.

Got up to 72 today, not a ray of sun, showers off and on. Humid now and no sun in sight for another 6 days the weatherman said!
I babysat for Grant for 4 hours---he only napped 1 hour---we were in the house the whole time, he bumped his head twice, fell off his toy motorcycle, opened every drawer & cabinet....& Bill thinks he's stir crazy!

What Grant did today was the very same thing my DSIL did yesterday!! Today DSIL is shaking his fist at the clouds. You remember Gregg, right? All 6-foot 4 and 300 pounds of him? Can you just picture this mighty man shaking his fist at a bunch of clouds, expecting them to listen?

It is as thick as pea soup out there, I was unloading some soil onto my newspaper for me new shade garden and I'm like "forget this" I had to come in, feels like I was swimming.
