HORTICO ROSES...
Uhoh... I can NOT remember who ordered the same Hortico roses as I did? Was it you Bea?
We ordered the exquisite PEACH colored roses from Hortico that were not supposed to be sent to the USA due to patents?
Well........mine have their first swelled buds (ready to bloom) and if these roses pop out peach I'll be 100% amazed! They look DEEP PINK from all color showing. Ohhhhhhhhh I sure hope I'm wrong.
Bea... I THINK it was you who ordered the same roses...were yours the right color???
Summer ...show your pic's # 2
well, highmtn, don't keep us in suspense, post the picture...
ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE SENDING PHOTOS ????
Uhoh...I'm in trouble... I want about 5 of those drummondie's! I have a purple/orange and/or lavender/peach passion. Then... I like to pop everything with Becky daisies.
Here are a few of my current daylilies. I had one mystery one...and I could NOT remember the color. The deer nipped the buds the first 2 years and this year... I was so excited to see it thinking was I bold and got something wild and fun. Er....nope...ANOTHER peach/orangish COLOR...lol
This one is called "Apricot Sparkles". It's about half the size of a regular daylily. It's a cutie...
I have another NOT orange, but it's just blooming badly this year. I think my little tree is shading it too much. It's kind of a creamy yellow with a burgundy throat, but it looks seriously twisted this year. I'm sure it's sun deprived. I've been waiting for it to open ONE normal bud so I can take a picture, but I have my doubts. This is pretty close, but I've seen it open much larger.
I'll move it this year. I'm almost sorry I put this white birch were I did. It's going to force me into moving several plants.
Huggergirl..
Ohhhhhhhh you taunt me so! I do LOVE THAT color. I'm a huge bargain shopper (fall close outs), but I doubt I'll find that anywhere this time of the year. It's really beautiful!
Years ago I had what I called my bargain bed. I would buy anything that caught my attention on the close out areas and poke them into a tempoary bed. Come spring the survivors would get planted around the place.
This Montana clematis is from TWO .50¢ plants I nabbed off a Walmart closeout table about 3 years ago. I need to move it...lol It's gotten wayyyyyyy too big for that little obelisk.
WOW! Those are alllllll my favorite yard colors! That's what they call a "RIOT" of color! Veryyyyyyyyy pretty!
Ok...off to the shower for me. Work calls... Thanks for the photos and visit. Always love to see what others are up to!
