I ordered 3 plums and 2 cherries through the mail in february, in march I emailed them to confirm my order and they siad they do not maintain order information and I should recieve my order in a week or so, 3 weeks later I recieved my order which was not what I ordered. I got a japanese snowball, pink hydrangia, rhodendrum, 2 blue spruce, pin oak, all were very small 8-12" in length but were beginning to show growth. |

On April 26th, 2004, greenthumb04 changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following: April 26, 2004 I am changing my rating out of fairness to the company since they phoned me today to inform me that they will refund 100% of my money spent. I had contacted the Better Business Bureau for the Tennessee area and had them handle the matter. |

By ordering by mail I was given 1 free plant of my choice, it being a hydrangea. I never received a confirmation of my order or a shipping date. The plants arrived via mail on 10 April in a paper bag, inside I found the plants with dried roots and the hydrangea had pale yellow shoots about 6-8 inches long growing off 1 single stem which I had to cut off. The trees were 30-34 inches long with a few small branches with buds on them. Considering their prices, I guess the plants were what I paid for, and only time will tell if the plants survive and if they are of good quality. On April 9th, 2005, snipper added the following: It has been one year since I planted the cherry and necturine trees I ordered in 2004. I am pleased to report that the necturine is over 8 feet tall and 6 foot wide with many new buds forming, the cherry tree however has only grown about 12 inches since being planted but is also showing signs of new buds. The hydrangea passed away over the winter. |

The order was charged to my account March 22, 2004, but I was never emailed notice of the order being shipped. It is now March 31 and I have not received my order. I called them and they were unable to tell me anything except that my order "may be in shipping." This was supposed to be a Birthday gift for my mother who's birthday was yesterday. What a disappointment. |

The roses were large with huge roots, the trees taller than I expected, the shrubs were sprouting a few small leaves. Bulbs in good condition, and my rhododendrons have new growth already (only 2 weeks after planting)! I will definitely order from this nursery again! |

The Walnut seedling is about 1 cm in diameter and only 18: in total length (stem + tap root). They ship ASAP and I received the plants within a week and they accept credit cards. |
