I am new at gardening...and struggling to understand the hows and the whens..;-)
So for example, I have a fairly grown Arabian Jasmine that I just bought. I find a care sheet for it and it says regular watering...???what is regular watering? 3 times a week? I know its seems like a silly question but I am trying to understand the flow of it.
I live in Los Angeles, CA.

The info for your jasmine says you need consistently moist soil. Just do the touch test, soil should feel moist.
