I have recently developed an interest in planting and have planted a few plants from seed. I still have some seeds left and am not sure how I should store them. Does it matter what kind of seed it is or are they all stored the same?
Best way to store seeds?
Most seeds would want the same storage conditions--somewhere cool, dark, and dry. Some seeds can be stored for years and still be viable, but there are some that are best sowed when they're a lot fresher, so depending on what your seeds are from you may have better luck with storing some than others.
I keep mine in plastic sandwich baggies in the fridge.
Thanks to both of you! So I'll store in a cool dry place, like in sandwich bags in the fridge.
