Veggies have STOPPED growing! HELP!

Help! I planted 3 "square foot garden" boxes that are full of tomatoes, peppers, cukes, squash, etc. They were growing by leaps and bounds, but over the past week have totally stopped! It's been really rainy here in south Alabama, so my husband drilled some holes in the side of the boxes to improve drainage. The leaves on the tomatoes are starting to curl and the blossoms are just turning brown and falling off! Can't see any pest problems. Any ideas??

I think drilling the holes should help. It sounds like an overwatering problem to me thanks to all the rain. Let us know what happens.
