Question - planted brussel sprouts in late March. I live in zone 6. No evidence of any sprouts on the stalk. How long does it usually take (in zone 6) to grow these? Stalks are about 8 inches high. We've had tons of rain here. Any info would be most appreciative.
Brussel Sprouts
Depending on cultivar, Brussels sprouts take 3 to 4 months + to produce from transplanting.
Sorry to steal your thread but does anyone know how deep the roots need to be for sprouts? I was thinking of growing some in pots :)
8-10 inches deep. 2.5-3 feet in diameter (laterally)
