My 4 year old peach trees have developed peach leaf curl (fungus type) for the first time. Only a few leaves here and there have been affected. I have clipped most of these off. I am thinking about spraying my trees with copper octanoate (1 ounce diluted in a gallon of water). My peach trees have already fully leafed out with new branches, and the peaches are all about 0.5-1 inches in diameter. Before I spray, does anyone have any thoughts? Will I hurt the trees or fruit? Our Arkansas weather has been warm and humid with a lot of rain on and off the last 3 months.
Copper octanoate for Peach Leaf Curl (fungus)
I don't know if they are fully leafed out.
