How to get my peaches ripen
You need to pull off some of the baby peaches when the fruit starts to form since the tree will usually produce way more fruit than it can actually support. The tree will often drop fruits itself if you don't do anything, but you'll get better quality fruit if you do the thinning yourself. http://www.lsuagcenter.com/en/lawn_garden/home_gardening/fruits_nuts/Fruit+Thinning+Adds+Quality.htm

Thank you for your help I will try that
