Bright & pleasant. day taken up with errands, wrist braces in the morning & groceries in the afternoon. Have to eat. daffs in front of the wall have taller stems than last year, probably all the snow & I must say very pleasant.
great day today - had the sprinklers going all day!!
It was a beauteous day! Nice enough to put the primer on all the new boards in the fence---will paint entire fence tomorrow.
not that dry yet and they are calling for rain on sunday so I wont need to water for a while yet, but I will say todays weather was just amazing
My garden was a little crunchy today----all that wind is very drying.
With all the rain we got hopefully won't need sprinklers till July.
i am on well water with wet lands behind me - so when in doubt - turn on the sprinklers - actually on the news last night they had brush fire warnings - all the wind must really be drying out everything even though we had a rain all day last Saturday.
34 now going up to 70... we have the same warnings... hard to believe after all the rain we have had

I'm outside today ... after the indoor chores. Yes. We, too, are under a major Fire Danger Alert for the whole state.
CT also under a red flag alert----the kids are on vacation here this week----that always leads to some brush fires! I remember as a 12 or 13 year wading in a brook on our April vac---it was freezing, & one of the girls got very sick---my parents didn't have a clue as to what we were up to all day! Probably a good thing.
me and a couple of friends did that one spring and two of us got polio I was not to bad but my friend used a wheel chair for a couple of years before she could walk again
what funny is that we all had been immunized for it
Pleasant & workable outside. I wore out very quickly as because of my cold?? I have not been active. Got moss out of a couple ot tubs.
make sure you hydrate lots of water and some juice, to give you energie and eat before you work always
and take some aspirin BEFORE you bend! I worked for an hour before I remembered the aspirin. My shoulder hurts a bit now.
eat pickles - lots of salt in them - i just finally cracked a jar that i made last year - good thing i made about 10 jars they are going fast
Almost 60 and sunny, yippee! Calling for 40's sun and snow on mon. Went to the barn and horses were sunning themselves. Hope to work in the garden shortly.
Too hot to work. did pick up a couple new hand tools with more comfortable handles. There goes my Cape cod weeder, boo hoo!
