Hyachinth and painted lady

beans? the packages say they are beans, but they were located with the flower seeds. Are they edable? If so do they differ from green beans when they are ready to be harvested?

Hyacinth bean is usually grown for the flowers--I don't know if the beans are edible or not but if they are I expect they don't taste very good because I've never heard of anyone growing them to eat, they're really just decorative http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/890/
