Irrigation for raised bed

Help! I can't remember where I read this. Someone cut PVC pipe for a raised bed for irrigation.
I wanted to try this instead of soaker or drip. Does anyone know where I might have read this?
I have been searching but have not ran into the info.

Did you look in the Articles? I seem to remember one about irrigation.
