The ducks have a point. I have amended the rules to refer to poultry and have a specific rule (#6) inviting ducks, geese and others.

Claire, your absolute wisdom to make a fair and quick decision on this matter is greatly commended! The ducks have declared you meritorious, but beg that the coveting be done in secrecy as not to taint or alter the judging of the photos. However, if you have not been assigned a judge's position in this contest, then by all means, covet away! ; )
