My Lamium looks pretty bad this spring. Can I mow it off with a high setting?

I would leave it be, it is pretty early ..maybe trim off any broken long stems. I would be concerned that the mower would dislodge the growth crown.
Mine is still under mulch.

Mine are looking droopy too. All the varieties of Lamium I have are still wintering.
Its early to do anything.
