Im never sure what Zone Im in how do you tell.

Just about everybody and his half brother publishes a map. However USDA zones are based on low winter temps, designed for perennials not annuals like most vegetables. This is probably the better one. http://forestry.about.com/b/2008/12/26/usda-plant-and-tree-hardiness-zone-maps-by-region.htm
