I am not a totally new gardener but there is a flower that I need the name of because I can't remember what it is called. It is the one that when you touch it ,it pops open and lets the seed drop. ANYONE KNOW WHAT IT IS CALLED PLEASE?

A better description (plant size, flower shape, flower color) would help but it could be a type of Touch-me-not (Impatiens balsamina).
