Should I use a fertilizer on seeds?

Dallastown, PA(Zone 6a)

So, yesterday I finished planting my seeds. I planted them in greenhouse trays (3 trays, 72 peat pellets each). There are a number of different plants such as catnip, herbs, veggies, flowers and flowering vines. I was wondering if I should use feritilizer on them while in the trays, or should I wait until they are transplanted in my gardens? I've always used the Miracle-Gro Multi-Purpose Plant Food formula... Any suggestions?

Once they've got their first set of true leaves you can fertilize them, but you need to dilute it to ~1/4 the strength you would use on full grown plants or else you will burn them.

Thank you :)

I use half strenght and it works good the plants are nice and healthy with good root systems by the time they are planted outside
