Watering Needs for Various Veggies

We're getting ready to plant our first veggie garden. Is there anywhere that talks about which veggies have higher water needs and which don't? I'd like to sorta group the veggies together according to watering needs so that everything gets enough water.

I'm not sure of specific veggie needs, I think most are at least an 1" water per week. The only exception I know of is if you water carrots too much, it causes cracking.
