I am a sucker for gardening amendments. I wondering if anyone's used the above products (either one) and if so any thoughts?

I generally use Watch Us Grow--don't know if available everywhere-developed in Egg Harbor WI (I think). I have gotten good results, would have gotten better if remembered to use it more often :)
