last photo for this one - another calla. A deep,dark purplish/maroon/black. The inside is lighter, the outside, darker. This is in it's 3rd year, and I have divided it and planted in three different places. It gets about 2 feet tall. No arrangements this year, maybe next.
Well this is not the tallest one and it was way too top heavy.
Here it is a giant arrangement with siberian iris leaves.
Hi Candee - those look great with the siberian iris leaves. I am going to have to steal that idea too. Now, you just have to morph those photos over to the summer 2009 series LoL.
Thanks Dianne, I actually morphed them to a new thread - Theme-Bigger is Better. Now you best get on over there and put something BIG together!
BTW steal away I actually stole the leaf idea a long time ago from somebody here as I seldom used leaves in my arrangements and now see they are a fab addition.
