I planted seeds for these yesterday. Just a few for initial trial and error really. However my mam is insisting they should be covered up - I didn't think they would need it. Does anyone have any ideas please?
Beetroot, Radish and Corriander
I cover my seeds unless they specificaly say they need light to germinate. Just a little soil on top, about 2 to 3 time the depth of the seed. So the coriander would have less than the radish, and the radish a bit less than the beet. I hope that helps.
I've put soil on top - the packets did say put soil on top and I did. When I said covering I meant covering with something else to prevent light! But you answered my question so thanks :)
Glad to be a help :)
