Hello everyone. I was wondering if anybody could suggest some inexpensive landscaping design software that would help me figure out what to plant in front of my house. Currently it is bare...nothing on either side of the front steps or along the front. I like color. Blooming shrubs, Annuals and Perennials also. My house is located in Zone 7, North MS and faces East. Any help appreciated. Also any info on how to build pathways (easy). Thanks.

Landscaping Design Software..and Garden Pathways (made easy)
There was a series of articles about the various software packages out there--it's the first few things in this list of search results http://davesgarden.com/guides/articles/search.php?q=software&submit=Search+articles
Thank you!!!
Hello ty1on,
I'm a newbie here and looking for help but I have found a pretty cool software to play with; bad side is they don't have alot of variety of plants so you have to use some imagination. Good side they show plans that you can convert to a 3-D view so you can get a great idea of how to use the height plants to create something special.
It's worth playing with and best of all its free. Hope this helps,
