Good morning my sweet sistahs and nieces. It's cold this morning and an excellent day to stay indoors and tackle the sewing machine.
Talk of sewing.. hope our niece Stacey managed to pre-wash and press all her pieces. Think she'll be a good quilter!

Then made a detour after errands to my favorite local nursery and picked up another camellia. It's a Japonica, flower resembles a peony.. and a beautiful pink! You're jealous yet, Cody?
Lunch was fantastic!! Hadn't had fried chicken in a while, and went to this little restaurant and they serve the best.. of course better than Turkey Fried Chicken!

Still nifty outside, so I'll be cutting and sewing or just veging...

Only happened to me once Trisha. Friday 13th being unlucky that is.
I missed my connecting flight in Dallas. Had to sleep in the airport!! That's all :D

O sheesh I didnt even realize that the 13th was tomorrow..

Some hopeful news. I contacted a company called national home savers group and they are looking into this whole situation for me.. The genntleman was very nice and they dont charge anything to help.. He said to come up with what I an asap that way I have something to argue with but that it all sounds way too fishy and he said it also sounds like they are trying to bully us.. I sent him faxes of the papers I was served last night and he is supposed to call me back after he speaks with a few of his associates..
They offer several ways to help including companies that will loan you the entire mortgage amount to get you out from underneath the current company if necassary at a low interest rate and the credit rating isnt used for the loan.. That may be the way to go just to get away from Chase if it can be done.. He says there are alot of options and e is also going to look into why we were treated so poorly when we went in to ask for help through the city.. Your prayers are being heard ladies lets keep going..

Had a friend call for me to take care of her birds while she is out o town over the weekend on sunday.. Will take me about 2 hours and she always leaves me 50 since she has so many.. lol She is a breeder and has about 100 birds in avairies in her back yard.. I go through and water and feed everyone, make sure the babies are okay and nobody is sick or hurt.. She also wants to buy our pressure washer so thta willl be another 150 as soon as Mx cleans the carb out for her and gets it in tip top shape..

TY Trisha.. I love the Kitty.. Poor Bella hasnt left my side since last night.. She sat on my feet while I was praying to the toilet licking my toes.. She knew something was wrong and she hasnt stopped lovin on me since.. Of course Dusty growls everytime anyone pulls up out front now.. i think she thinks if she keeps everyone away mommy will be happy....

Jaye.. mmmm Love Fried Chicken.. Maybe I will see if I can talk mom into Publix fried chicken this weekend instead of pizza when she comes for her visit.. Would be cheaper anyway.. lol

Prayers are going up for everyone as I do daily and more so for Deb and Donna right now.

I also say and have found it to be true for me that God doesn't give me more then I can handle and when it seems like he is it is because I need to lean on him more....".I can do all things thru Christ which strengthens me"...or something like that is the versus in Corinthians 3:13 I believe it is ...has helped me make it thus far in life.

Good quote there Phyllis, it is in Phillippians 4: 13 "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." Your heart is in the right place ;)

Donna, I'm finding that if you're financed by Fannie Mae, you'd likely to get more help against foreclosure than other banks.. only in Florida!
